BMOC Premier League Picks For Matchday 6

Written by on September 19, 2019

It’s time for another week of Premier League and the picks are in. It’s been a tremendous season so far, and i’m off a week of a few big dog winners. Through 5 match days so far, my record is 17-17 with a profit of 6.05 units. Lets keep the good times rolling….

SOUTHAMPTON V BOURNEMOUTH: Should be a fun standalone match on Friday. For me though I’m not on it. I considered the OVER here but there isn’t a ton of value. Bournemouth has been an exciting team over the last couple years and give up a lot of goals. Southampton surprisingly has been as well, for me though there are better options. PICK: PASS

LEICESTER V TOTTENHAM: I was disappointed in Leicester’s effort on Saturday.. United had been struggling and Leicester let me down. Tottenham drew 2-2 during the week at Olympiakos in the Champions League and the defense continues to struggle. I think both teams find the back of the net. I’m willing to swallow juice that I don’t normally swallow. PICK: Both teams score a goal (-150)

BURNLEY V NORWICH CITY: You all know where i’m going in this one, as i’ve been on it EVERY week in the PL so far. Teemu Pukki has scored 6 goals in 5 games. Burnley has conceded in 5 straight overall… Simply put Pukki to score anytime until he doesn’t. And it’s plus money… LOL. PICK: Teemu Pukki to score anytime (+160)

EVERTON V SHEFFIELD UNITED: Two teams I just don’t care much for. I haven’t bet on them and Everton through the years for me has been a money burner. I’m passing on this. Better matches for me this weekend. PICK: PASS

MANCHESTER CITY V WATFORD: I worry about this one for Watford, a road game against a team that should beat them up. City has scored 16 goals already and Watford have been one of the worst defense in the league. Remember the last team these teams played in the FA Cup final, City put 6 by the Hornets. Watford also continues to struggle to score or be creative. PICK: Man City wins to nil (-110)

NEWCASTLE V BRIGHTON: This is about as far a trip you can make in the Premier League. From the south of England, all the way to the far northeast of England. This game as usual with Brighton, screams draw.  I hit with a draw on them last week and will back it again. PICK: DRAW (+225)

CRYSTAL PALACE V WOLVES: Wolves had a busy week, as they had to play Sporting Braga in the Europa League. I’m never a fan of backing Wolves off a Europa game. Palace is off a 4-0 shellacking and i’m not interested in this group right now either. PICK: PASS

WEST HAM UNITED V MAN UNITED: Man United with a big win last time out. They had been struggling and got off the mat against a good Leicester side. This week they face a WHU group that has kept a clean sheet in 3 straight matches overall. With a good group going forward and an improved defense, I think their in the game. PICK: West Ham Draw no bet (+140)

ARSENAL V ASTON VILLA: This will be a big test for a Villa defense that his been very good so far. The only top 6 team they’ve faced in the PL was Tottenham who put 3 by them, Arsenal at home will score goals. I also have no belief Arsenal can keep Jack Grealish out of the back of the net. The defense for the Gunners is a shambles.  PICK: Both teams score a goal and OVER 2.5 (-120)

CHELSEA V LIVERPOOL: Chlesea continues to struggle giving up goals, defensively they are shocking. One of the best teams in the world against that defense? Goals seem to be on the menu here at Stamford Bridge as I also think Liverpool has showed a few cracks defensively, conceding in 4 of the last 5 Premier League matches. The big story of the season for me though this season so far has been the individual success of Tammy Abraham up front for Chelsea. He leads the league with 7 goals scored, and no one has benefited more than him after the exit of Eden Hazard. Tammy is on fire right now… PICK: Tammy Abraham scores a goal anytime (+175)
